The Bali Dynasty Resort is seeking an Assistant Financial Controller position to join its team. This position reports to the Financial Controller. The ideal candidate must have held a senior accounting position in a four or five star hotel and possess strong leadership qualities and be particularly expert in all aspects of cost control and income audit with an in depth understanding of operations and an eye for attention to detail. Be a hands on team player with a proven ability to maintain a high level of staff productivity, motivation and improve financial profitability.
In addition to the above the ideal candidate must possess the following qualities
- High proficiency in written and spoken English
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Fidelio Front Office System
- POS System (Micros or Infrasys)
