- Has D1 education in hotel school
- Has experience as waitress at least for 1 year at qualified international restaurant
- Minimum height of 160 cm, with ideal weight and age between 21-35 year old
- Guest Service Oriented

2. Chefs De Partie (code:CP0209)
- Has experience as Chef de Partie at least for 2 years in a 5 star international hotel/ Pan asian restaurant

3. Chefs De Cuisine (code:CC0209)
- Has experience as Chef de Partie at least for 2 years in a 5 star international hotel/ Pan asian restaurant

4. Assistant Tournant (code:AT0209)
- Has experience as Demi Chef at least for 2 years in a 5 star international hotel/ Pan asian restaurant

5. Assistant Commis (code:AC0209)
- Has 6 months education in culinary School
- Has experience as Assistant Cook at least for 2 years in a 5 star international hotel/ Pan asian restaurant

6. Assistant Dining Room Managers (code: ADRM 0209)
- Has experience as Manager at least for 2 years in a 5 star international hotel/ restaurant

7. Assistant Housekeepers (code:AH0209)
- Has minimum college education
- Has experience as Department Head or Assistant Department Head at least for 2 years in a 5 star international hotel/ cruise ship

General Requirement:
- Has good Knowledge of Asia Products & cooking techniques except AH
- Has strong organizational & communication skills
- Has ability to multi-task and handle constantly changing priorities
- Has ability to work in culturrally diverse environment
- Has ship experience is an advantage but not a must
