- Min. D-III of Hotel and Tourism Accounting or Marketing (for DOS) and D-I of Hotel and Tourism (for SE)
- Familiar with Fidelio System is preferable
- Computer literate, at least under Microsoft Office
- Honest, good responsibility and service oriented
- Has experience in similar position for min. 2 (two) yrs (for DOS) and min.1 (one) yr (for SE)
- Well groomed and well organized
- Self Motivated, Innovative, Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skill
- Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours
- Good English, both oral & written

- Has at least 2 yrs working experience in the same position at 4 or 5 stars hotel
- Good command of English, both written and spoken
- Computer literate, at least under Microsoft Office
- Honest, dynamic and open minded
- Has good leadership skills and ready to work on flexible hours
- Customer oriented and attentive to details
- Good interpersonal skills and ready to manage the team
