Their qualification:
Psychology graduated or other similar
2 – 3 years experience in HR Managerial
Able to do operational in HR department (HR Job Des)
Consult any regulation with GM and Owner
Can create a Hand book for employee / Internal KKB / job class
Computer literate and IT experience is a plus
Strong Character and adaptable
Prefer Javanese person
Usual with expat employee
Willing to stay for serious career
Prefer exp from business Services Company / Hospitality not manufacture or factory
Salary about 4 – 5 million base on experience and capacity (THP)
3 months probation and 23 months contact extendable.
Other qualification will follow on interview and test
