Busy upscale Warwick Hotel on Vanuatu Island: Le Lagon Hotel is searching for an experienced Chef de Cuisine to take charge of their new Asian/Fusian cuisine restaurant. Reporting to the Executive Chef the suitable candidate will have extensive knowledge of Aisan cooking as well as previous supervisory experience and organisational skills in the kitchen.
* Must be fluent in English, both written and spoken
*Minimum 5 years experience in a variety of Asian/Fusion styles, plus having some supervisory experience.
*Japanese cooking experience will be an advantage
The relocation and accomodation will be provided by the company and an attractive salary will be paid in US Dollars.
