1. DUTY ENGINEER

General Qualifications:

- Male

- Min. 30 yrs

- Team work oriented

- Able to communicate in English

- Willing to work on flexible working hours

- Good technical knowledge of various central plant, E&M systems and equipment

Experience:

- 2 to 4 yrs working experience from a commercial property, industry building, hotel or shopping center in a similar capacity

Education :

- Trade Certificate in Electrical, Building Services, Mechanical or other rated discipline

- Candidates without any trade certificates but with solid experience will also be considered

2. CHEF DE PARTIE for Pastry Kitchen

General Qualifications:

- Male / Female

- Team work oriented

- Able to communicate in English

- Willing to work on flexible working hours

- Sanitation class certificate

Experience:

- Previous Chef de Partie experience or strong experience in a Demi Chef de Partie role

Education:

- Candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

3. CHEF DE PARTIE for Kitchen Indonesian Cuisine

General Qualifications:

- Male / Female

- Team work oriented

- Able to communicate in English

- Willing to work on flexible working hours

- Sanitation class certificate

Experience:

- Min. 2 yrs working experience as Chef de Partie or strong experience in a Demi Chef de Partie – Indonesian Cuisine role at 4 or 5 stars hotel

Education:

- Candidate with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/ Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

4. FRONT OFFICE MANAGER

General Qualifications:

- Good Command of English and Indonesia, both oral and written

- Computer Literacy

- Guest Satisfaction Oriented

- Good Communication skill

- Highly motivated & full initiatives

- Team work oriented with a good Leadership skill

Experience:

- Min. 2 yrs working experience in FO

Education:

- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

5. SALES EXECUTIVE or SALES MANAGER (including specialized for Japanese market)

General Qualifications:

- Good Command of English and Indonesia, both oral and written

- Has Salesmanship ability

- Computer Literacy

- Highly motivated & full initiatives

- Team work oriented with good personality

- Able to work in highly competitive situation

- Young, smart, good attitude & good leadership

- Good Communication Skill

Experience:

- Preferable with Sales background and familiar with Travel Agent & Airlines segment

Education:

- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

6. ASSISTANT MANAGER FB LOBBY LOUNGE

General Qualifications:

- Female

- Team work oriented

- Proficient in English language (verbal & written)

- Good computer skills

- Willing to work on flexible working hours

Experience:

- At least 2 yrs of related working experience at 4 or 5 stars international chain deluxe hotels

Education:

- Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/ Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

7. EXECUTIVE CHEF

General Qualifications:

- Male / Female

- Max. 40 yrs

- Has high creativity in serving new menu and in making food variety

- Fluent in English

- Computer Literate

- Previous experience with control food and labor cost, demonstration cooking, menu development, pricing and development of culinary team preferred

Experience:

- Min. 3 yrs working experience as an Executive Chef in 4 to 5 stars Chain Hotel

Education:

- Possess a bachelor's degree or related culinary degree with eight or more years of industry and culinary management experience

8. SOUS CHEF

General Qualifications:

- Male / Female

- Max. 40 yrs

- Has high creativity in serving new menu and in making food variety

- Fluent in English

- Computer Literate

- Previous experience with control food and labor cost

Experience:

- Min. 2 yrs working experience as Sous Chef in 4 to 5 stars Chain Hotel

Education:

- Possess a bachelor's degree or related culinary degree with five or more years of industry and culinary management experience

9. STEWARD SUPERVISOR

General Qualifications:

- Male

- Max. 35 yrs

- Good working knowledge of the fundamentals of hot and cold foods

- Must possess knowledge of the operation of kitchen equipment

- Must possess accepted knowledge of standard sanitation

- Good working knowledge of the fundamentals of catering operations required

Experience:

- Min. 2 yrs working experience as Steward Supervisor

Education:

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

10. ROOM SERVICE MANAGER

General Qualifications:

- Male

- Max. 40 yrs

- Knowledge and experience in cost control and menu analysis

- A mature and dynamic person who possess strong motivational, communication and leadership skills

- Excellent team player and people oriented

- Fluent in English and computer literate

Experience:

- Min. 3 yrs working experience as Room Service Manager

Education:

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent preferred

11. BANQUET OPERATION / SERVICE MANAGER

General Qualifications:

- Male

- Max. 40 yrs

Experience:

- Min. 3 yrs working experience as leader in Banquet Operation
